I’m Jennifer Smith, the owner and founder of FxRemedies website. I enjoy sharing the knowledge that I’ve gained over the years in the field of natural health and functional nutrition. I am Certified in Biblical Health Coaching and am working toward a Doctorate in Biblical Naturopathy. I enjoy staying home with my 3 children, ages 7 yrs., 4 yrs. And 2 mo. old. We homeschool and enjoy learning about history from a biblical worldview and reading books together as a family.
I work from my home office and help health coaching clients to take charge of their own health by providing them tools and suggestions on how to monitor their health using basic bio-markers testing. I provide clients with a clinical analysis of their nutritional status. I also make nutrient and lifestyle recommendations that are specific to the individual’s biomarker tests results and their nutritional status.
I created this recipe one day while looking for a way to use some extra flaked coconut I had in my cupboard and I just love coconut macaroons!
Since giving birth to our 3rd child, I have started to eat a keto diet again. Luckily I lost most of the baby weight my first week home from the hospital, however I still have 10 more pounds I’d like to lose. I hope you enjoy this recipe as much as I do. I’ve truly not tasted a better coconut macaroon than this one!
